In 2013 Cecelia founded Beyond the Game, an organization dedicated to helping colleges and universities improve on the student-athlete experience by helping to prepare student-athletes for live beyond the fields and arenas of play.  Beyond the Game completes its mission by providing in-person and online workshops that focus on:
